Being based in Footscray links me to the Eritrean community.

When some members of this community told me about the awful reality happening over there, I felt that I had to do something to make people know about it. This project is still under development and is made in partnership with Amnesty International.

Eritrean refugees living in Melbourne tell us about what’s happening in their home country and what they had to face before reaching Australia. Eritrea is a military dictatorship located in the north east of Africa. Eritrean people escape their country hoping to save their life. However trying to flee, they are kidnapped by smugglers, sold to nomads tribals and victims of organ harvesting on their way to freedom.
